Demonstrations in Arab countries denouncing the continued Israeli aggression against Gaza News

Demonstrations took place in several Arab cities denouncing the continuation of Israeli “genocidal crimes” against civilians in the Gaza Strip for about 9 months.

The Saba Agency, affiliated with the Ansar Allah group (Houthis), said that the capital, Sanaa, witnessed crowds of “millions” under the slogan “Standing with Gaza” and “following all conspiracies.”

Other governorates, most notably Saada and Al Mahwit (north), Al Bayda (centre), and Al Dhalea (south), also witnessed dozens of marches in response to a call made by the group.

The demonstrators chanted slogans denouncing the crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and stressing the continuation of supporting the Palestinian resistance “until the entire occupied Palestinian territories are liberated.”

In Morocco, thousands of people participated in vigils in several cities across the country, following Friday prayers, in solidarity with the Gaza Strip, which is being exposed to a devastating Israeli war for the ninth month in a row.

This came in response to the call of the “Moroccan Authority for Supporting the Nation’s Issues” (a non-governmental organization) to go out in today’s demonstrations under the slogan “Support them by saying takbeer and cheering.”

Among the cities that witnessed the vigils were Kenitra (west), Fkih Ben Saleh, Beni Mellal, Tangier, Meknes (north), Agadir (west), Taroudant (centre), and Guersif (east).

Participants in these vigils raised Palestinian flags and banners bearing phrases supporting the resistance in Gaza and saluting the steadfastness of its people.

Pause in Jordan

In Jordan, hundreds of people participated today, Friday, in a protest protest denouncing the United States’ support for Israel in its war on the Gaza Strip.

Hundreds of Jordanians organized a stand in front of the “Ebad Al-Rahman” Mosque in the Sweifieh area, west of the capital, Amman, which is about 3 kilometers from the headquarters of the Washington Embassy, after security forces prevented them from reaching it.

The protest came in response to the call of popular and partisan forces in the country.

The Tunisian Network to Confront the Normalization System also organized – today, Friday – a stand in support of the people of Gaza in the Tunisian governorate of Bizerte (north of the country).

Participants raised the flags of Palestine and Tunisia and chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian resistance factions.

Since last October 7, Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza with absolute American support, leaving more than 122,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, which has placed Israel in international isolation and led to prosecution before the International Court of Justice.

Israel continues its war despite two UN Security Council resolutions to stop it immediately, and orders from the International Court of Justice to end the invasion of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, and to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
