Thousands of people went out in Arab and Western cities – today, Friday – in demonstrations in support of the Gaza Strip, demanding a boycott of Israel and an end to the war that has been going on for nearly 9 months.
In Jordan, a demonstration was launched in which hundreds participated in the capital, Amman, in support of the Palestinian resistance facing the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
Thousands of Moroccans also demonstrated in several cities after Friday prayers, in solidarity with the Gaza Strip, and renewed their demands to boycott Israel and the Western countries that support it commercially, and to stop normalization with the occupation.
Among the Moroccan cities that witnessed stops were Tinghir, Midelt, Tangdad, Beni Mellal, Casablanca (north), Taza, Guercif (east), and Berkane (northeast).
In Germany, pro-Palestine students set up a camp in front of the Henry Ford Bow Building of the Free University of Berlin, and a massive demonstration took place in the city of Bremen in solidarity with the Palestinians.
A demonstration took place in front of the American embassy in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, demanding an end to the war on Gaza and the rapid entry of aid.
Dozens demonstrated in front of the Tussenkrupp arms factory in the German city of Kiel in support of Gaza and demanding an end to arms exports to Israel.
In France, pro-Palestine students protested at the Louvre Museum to denounce the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza.
Sweden also witnessed a protest sit-in in support of Palestine against the “Elbit” military industries company at the central station of the city of Göteborg.
On a daily basis, many cities around the world are witnessing massive vigils in solidarity with the Palestinian people, and to demand an end to the Israeli war on Gaza, the lifting of the siege on the Strip, the entry of aid into it, and the prevention of the export of weapons to Israel.
