The Jerusalem Brigades – Jenin Brigade said that its fighters detonated explosive devices with the occupation vehicles that stormed the city and its camp, while the occupation forces arrested two Palestinians.

Clashes broke out in the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank after special units infiltrated the vicinity of the Khalil Suleiman Governmental Hospital in the city.

The Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades announced that their fighters engaged in armed clashes with the occupation forces, where they were shot, according to a statement by the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades.

A circulating video showed the occupation forces transporting those injured in a bomb explosion by Israeli forces in the Marj Ibn Amer Plain, north of Jenin.

The Palestinian News Agency quoted security sources as saying that Israeli special forces arrested the two freed prisoners, Jamal Haweel and Jamal Zubaidi Abdel-Ghani Abu Al-Hija, at the entrance to the Jenin camp.

According to the Red Crescent, its crews in Jenin dealt with a young man injured by shrapnel from live bullets in the face and he was being transported to the hospital, but the occupation forces obstructed the work of ambulance crews during the storming operation.

In conjunction with its devastating war on Gaza since October 7, the Israeli occupation army expanded its incursions and operations into the West Bank, leaving as of Wednesday 553 Palestinian martyrs, including 133 children, in addition to about 5,200 wounded, according to Ministry of Health data.

While that war, which enjoyed absolute American support, left more than 124,000 Palestinians martyred and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that claimed the lives of dozens of children.

Israel continues this war, ignoring the UN Security Council resolutions to stop it immediately, and the orders of the International Court of Justice to end the invasion of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, and to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the dire humanitarian situation in the Strip.
