Can Arabs stop Trump’s Gaza travel proposal? | Israeli-Palestine conflict

Some Arab leaders met to discuss an alternative plan for the gang devastated by 15 months of Israeli war.

US President Donald Trump has ruffled many feathers since he announced his proposal to “take over” from Gaza.

According to him, more than two million Palestinians should leave “in a pleasant and safe place” like Jordan or Egypt – while he builds a new riviera in the Mediterranean in Gaza.

This idea has angry the international community, and the Arab world has completely rejected.

But what can they suggest instead?

On Friday, a meeting of the Gulf Nations in Riyadh joined by Egypt and Jordan, and ended without concrete counterpropos.

They will meet in Cairo in the coming weeks. But will they be able to change his mind Trump?
