At least 25 dead in Donetsk market bombing

At least 25 people were killed by shelling at a market on the outskirts of the city of Donetsk in Russian-occupied Ukraine on Sunday, local officials said. According to them, the shots came from the Ukrainian army. Around twenty people were also injured, including two children.

Kyiv has not commented on the information.

A Russian port targeted by drones

A fire also broke out at a chemical transport terminal in the Russian port of Ust-Luga following two explosions. According to local media, the port was attacked by Ukrainian drones which detonated a gas tank.

The director announces that there are no casualties but that the district has been placed on alert.

Russian army takes control of Krokhmalne

According to’Institute for the Study of War, Russian forces captured the village of Krokhmalne, Kharkiv Oblast, on Saturday. The next day, a representative of the Ukrainian armed forces confirmed the loss of this territory while putting its importance into perspective.
