Artificial intelligence storms German children and security warns of the transformation of smart dolls into spy technology

The sounds of dim wild knitting machines come in the background of the factory, while a careful fabric worker carefully using scissors. The adjacent table is being cleaned on the soft feathers for a parrot, and in the opposite side, another worker sews the claws separately, to be installed on the feet of Panda, then takes a comprehensive last look to make sure that the doll eyes are shining with sparkle, then the animal is eventually placed inside a filling box of cardboard.

Outside the factory, the Mara River is rushing in that rural area of the eastern sector of Germany, and Helmut says his screen, the owner of the 79 -year -old children’s game factory, says that “soft, soft -touch dolls are often charged with emotional feelings,” and his screen was previously working technically specializing in agricultural machines, and acquired the “Kosnar Sebil Wife” factory in 1992, and his daughter takes over the manufacture of commercial activity.

His screen explains his child playing philosophy, saying, “If you are a child, you will not need to collect 40 soft texture dolls in your bed,” and he adds that “the most important of that is to have a friendliness relationship with animal dolls.”

Young children get to know the world around them through various games (German News Agency)

As of 1911, the dolls were produced for the first time in the German town of Bad Kozin, followed by a soft texture children’s toys industry, and the team is still manually manufacturing animal dolls that can be embraced, as the team collects up to 130 sporadic pieces together.

His screen says that some parts of the doll are so small, to the extent that workers already know that the small amount of fabric meters, located in the warehouses, will suffice their needs for more than 30 years.

The machines used in the factory are still old -fashioned and did not witness an evolution, for example, his screen indicates that some of the machines used in the manufacture of pseudonyms of dolls were produced in the year in which he was born.

However, the wheel of time did not completely stop at the children’s play factory, in cooperation with the research institutes in the states of Torringia and Saxonia, the factory workers team is now developing my blood equipped with modern technologies.

The work team working in the Petblash network of audio interactions “focuses on new forms of communication between children and dolls and channels for interaction between them.

The German University of Antal Applied Sciences offers a description of the project.

“They will have a nice smart doll, which can record changes in the degree of sound, heat and movement through sensors,” the description adds.

Scientists seek to explore how smart smart dolls can contribute to strengthening emotional ties among family members who reside away from each other, by using imaginary forms of expression, according to what Irnie Berger, who supervises the project, says, and he is the professor of human interaction with the computer, at the University of Applied Sciences in the German town of Koutin.

He adds that among these forms, for example, that the embrace of a doll for an animal in interaction with a doll for another animal, or to make his fur, erect.

The Ministry of Education for German funds the project is about $ 3.1 million, and while other digital communication forms, such as social media platforms or conferences organized by video applications, are limited with audiovisual channels, the project represents a way to record data, an alternative to monitoring technologies, according to the German Ministry of Education website.

This project can enhance emotional ties among family members, each of whom live in a different place from the other, without replacing any other forms of social interaction.

However, the German security authorities called for caution when it comes to smart children’s toys, saying that on the one hand this type of young games helps to learn, but on the other hand they can “become a spy in the children’s room.”

Professor Berger explains that “smart children’s toys result in dangerous waste due to the technical elements involved in their composition, and therefore they are not environmentally friendly, and soft dolls should be washing, so that they can be used for as long as possible.”

Researchers work with textile institutes in other regions of Germany as well.

The games factory in the town of Bad Kozin is participating in this research so far, and it resists the production of mobile or spoken dolls.

His screen spokesman sees that in general, children have their own wide imagination, yet the company participates in the research project as it sees that it will have a real benefit.

“We are a traditional children’s toys manufacturing company, but when it seems possible we try to use technology,” the factory production manager, Elias Stayger.

Over the past three years, Stayger has participated in technical research and innovations, including ways to produce and conceal doll models.

In general, it has become difficult to find workers in the field of children’s game, with the lack of skilled employment in Germany, which also affects the field of children’s toys production.

No one can predict the way that the smart puppet will be, which will come out of the Bad Kozin town factory, as the project has two other years to see the light.
