Confrontations broke out in several areas in the occupied West Bank yesterday evening and Thursday morning, coinciding with the Israeli occupation army’s storming of several towns, accompanied by arrests of Palestinians, while the United Nations warned that the ongoing Israeli attacks in the West Bank are impeding access to health care.
Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said, “The Israeli occupation forces stormed Al-Far’a camp, south of the city of Tubas, northeast of the West Bank, and accompanied by a bulldozer, began bulldozing the camp’s roads and blocking its entrances.”
The reporter added that clashes broke out between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces, noting that the occupation soldiers raided citizens’ homes, and snipers were deployed on the roofs of the camp’s houses.
For its part, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the camp said that its resistance fighters detonated explosive devices, hit an Israeli bulldozer, and caused casualties among the occupation soldiers.

The occupation forces also stormed the towns of Beit Furik, Osrin and Beita in Nablus, Zaatara and Husan in Bethlehem, and the city of Dura, south of Hebron, and launched raids and arrests of citizens.
Confrontations broke out between Palestinian youth and the Israeli occupation forces during their storming of the town of Beita. The occupation forces fired tear gas bombs at the Palestinian youth, causing suffocation injuries, before confrontations erupted between the two sides, and continued until the occupation forces withdrew from the town towards the Al-Tur checkpoint in the southern region.
In the village of Al-Mafqara in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a British activist and a number of Palestinians while they were on their agricultural lands.
This came after settlers attacked them, released their sheep onto the lands of Palestinian citizens, and prevented them from reaching their lands and grazing their sheep.
In a related context, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club said, “On Wednesday evening, special forces of the Israeli occupation army re-arrested the wounded child Saif al-Din Darwish (15 years old) from Aida Camp in Bethlehem.”
The statement explained that Darwish was among 20 arrest cases recorded among children and female prisoners released as part of the exchange batches that took place in November 2023, and the occupation maintained the detention of 17 of them.

International accusation
For its part, the United Nations reported that Israeli attacks on health infrastructure and movement restrictions in the occupied West Bank prevent access to health services.
The United Nations Population Fund explained through its account on the X platform, on Wednesday, that 8,000 pregnant women in the region will give birth next month.
“15% of them will face complications, and lack of medical care could mean a death sentence,” he said.
On June 15, the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, expressed his concern about the worsening health crisis in the occupied West Bank, calling for immediate and effective protection for civilians and medical services there.
In conjunction with its war on the Gaza Strip, the army and settlers escalated their attacks on the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, which left 549 martyrs and about 5,200 wounded, in addition to Palestinian detainees.
