Several countries condemned Iran’s missile bombing on the Al -Kadda air base in Qatar, announcing its solidarity with Doha, and other countries expressed concern about the escalation in the region and demanded all parties to control oneself.
While the most prominent positions and comments after the attack carried out by Iran this evening, Monday, on the air base:
Gulf Cooperation Council
The Secretary -General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Jassem Muhammad Al -Badawi, condemned “the most condemnation and condemnation, the missile attack that Iran carried out against the lands of the State of Qatar.”
Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia expressed its condemnation and condemnation in the strongest terms “the aggression launched by Iran on the sisterly state of Qatar, which is a flagrant violation of international law and the principles of good neighborhood, which is rejected and cannot be justified in any way.”
Kuwait
Kuwait condemned the attack on the base of many and emphasized “standing completely alongside the siblings in Qatar, leadership, government and people, and its full support for all the measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security and stability.”
The UAE
The UAE condemned in the strongest terms the targeting of Iran for the rule of many, and described it as a “flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the State of Qatar and its air field”, stressing its categorical rejection of any attack that threatens the security and safety of the State of Qatar and the stability of the region, and is absent from its full solidarity with Doha.
Bahrain
Bahrain expressed its “full solidarity with the sister of Qatar, which is required by the Brotherhood and Blood Association, which confirms the solidarity of the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in these sensitive circumstances that the region is going through,” according to the official news agency.
Sultanate of Oman
The Sultanate of Oman confirmed its solidarity with Qatar and the measures it takes to protect its security and stability. The Omani Foreign Ministry expressed its condemnation of “the continuous regional escalation witnessed in the region, which Israel caused on June 13 … and the exchange of continuous missile attacks since then, including the recent Iranian missile shelling of sovereign sites in the sisterly State of Qatar, which the Sultanate of Oman considers an unacceptable and blogge work.”
Egypt
Egypt expressed its strong condemnation and condemnation of Iranian attacks, confirming its full solidarity with the State of Qatar and its standing by it. She also expressed “her great concern about the dangerous rapid escalation that the region is witnessing” and renewed its call for restraint.
Jordan
Jordan condemned the Iranian attack, describing it as “a violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and the United Nations Charter,” stressing “its absolute solidarity with Qatar and its support for its procedures to protect its security.”
Morocco
Morocco expressed its strong condemnation of “the blatant missile attack that targeted the sovereignty of the sisterly State of Qatar and its air field.”
France
French President Emmanuel Macron called for a return to diplomacy to end what he described as “chaos.” Foreign Minister Jean -Nawil Barrow also said that the Iranian attack was “a dangerous escalation” and urged all parties to control.
