Animal-drawn carts have become the dominant means of transportation in the Gaza Strip in light of the depletion of diesel and gasoline due to the imposed Israeli blockade, which has doubled the suffering of the Palestinians.
A report broadcast by Tel Aviv Tribune as part of the “Voices from Gaza” segment reviewed some of the testimonies of Gazans, including men, women, and journalists, about the suffering of transportation, at a time when citizens resorted to using frying oil as an alternative to diesel and gasoline to drive cars.
