For the ninth day in a row, the residents of the northern Gaza Strip are suffering from continuous genocide, as the Israeli occupation forces surround the Palestinians and target anyone who moves, despite international condemnation and a severe warning of the seriousness of the situation issued by the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad.

Besieged Palestinians told Anadolu Agency that the occupation forces deliberately target anyone who moves to fetch water or operate wells in the area. They added that if the people did not die from the Israeli bombing, they would die from a lack of basic supplies. The residents called for immediate international pressure to bring in food, water, and treatment.

Local residents also told the German News Agency that thousands of civilians were unable to leave their homes, and residents were struggling to obtain water and food supplies.

For the ninth day in a row, Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip suffer from a severe shortage of water and food due to the occupation preventing the entry of relief aid and drinking water trucks.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that 3 people were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli bombing on Jabalia Camp, north of the Gaza Strip. The bombing targeted the communications area west of the camp, and the injured and the bodies of the martyrs were transferred to Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia.

Camp residents reported that dozens of bodies were in homes and streets, and they had not been recovered under these circumstances, and wounded people were stuck inside their homes and were unable to reach the hospital.

Sources previously confirmed to Tel Aviv Tribune that the occupation forces separated the northern Strip from Gaza City. She reported that this separation is carried out with military vehicles supported by drone cover.

The sources also added that the occupation army placed dirt barriers on the main streets between Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip and prevented the entry of food aid to the residents of the northern Gaza Strip.

In this regard, the director of the government media office in Gaza, Ismail Al-Thawabta, confirmed that the occupation army is committing the most horrific massacres in the northern Gaza Strip with the aim of turning the region into a wasteland.

He reported that more than 300 Palestinians were martyred in the northern Gaza Strip within 9 days, adding that the occupation seeks to implement the largest and most dangerous American-Israeli displacement plan in the 21st century.

The crime of genocide

In this context, the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad warned of the seriousness of the humanitarian situation in the northern Gaza Strip governorate in particular, in light of the violent Israeli attack on the governorate and the imposition of the siege on tens of thousands of Palestinians, bombing them, committing massacres, preventing the entry of humanitarian aid, and targeting the remaining hospitals.

Hisham Abu Mahfouz, Acting Secretary-General of the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad, said in a press statement, “This dangerous Israeli escalation comes within the framework of the extremist occupation government policy of imposing forced displacement against our people in the North Governorate, which the occupation army has failed to do since the beginning of the aggression and the war of extermination.” against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.”

He pointed out that the occupation is escalating its crimes against the Gaza Strip, especially the North Governorate, and specifically in the Jabalia camp, as part of a policy of collective punishment and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians who withstood an entire year of war and rejected forced displacement.

The Popular Congress stressed that this ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people comes within the framework of political and military support from the American administration, which bears responsibility alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the war of genocide against the Palestinian people.

Evacuation of the population of the north

The Israeli newspaper “Haaretz” revealed that the plan drawn up by General Giora Eiland, the former head of the Israeli National Security Council, is to evacuate all residents of the northern Gaza Strip and transfer them to humanitarian areas in the southern Strip. It added that the plan considers everyone who chooses to remain in the northern Gaza Strip an activist. From the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), which would allow him to be targeted.

The newspaper indicated that the army was preparing to launch a large maneuver in the northern Gaza Strip, after negotiations on the exchange deal stopped, to pressure Hamas to return to the talks. The security sources said that the political level is pushing towards a gradual annexation of large parts of the Gaza Strip, instead of ending the war and returning the kidnapped people.

Netanyahu confirmed – in a video statement issued by his office – that the Israeli army is continuing its operations in Jabalia to “dismantle Hamas strongholds,” as he claimed.

International astonishment

In this regard, the United Nations Rapporteur in the occupied Palestinian territories expressed, in a post on the “X” platform, her feeling of astonishment at what Israel is doing against the Palestinians in Gaza, without anyone being able to stop it.

She said that, in the meantime, Israeli forces are committing massacres in northern Gaza and Jabalia with Western weapons, and by Israelis who have accepted to be part of a genocidal plan.

Complete annihilation

For its part, Hamas described the Israeli military campaign in the northern Gaza Strip as a complete genocide.

She said – in a statement – that “the continuation of the criminal military campaign on the northern Gaza Strip, the imposition of the siege on it and its separation by fire from Gaza City, and the escalation of bombing and massacres against defenseless civilians, in light of the worsening humanitarian situation and the prevention of the entry of food and relief materials and the occupation army’s efforts to evacuate hospitals and put them out of service.” “It is a described and complete process of extermination.”

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported on Sunday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip had risen to 42,227 Palestinians and the injury of 98,464 others. The toll includes 52 people martyred in the last 24 hours.
