The Palestinian national team star and the former beach services club, Suleiman Al -Obaid, was martyred in a raid for the Israeli occupation that targeted humanitarian aid applicants in the southern Gaza Strip, today, Wednesday.
Al -Obaid is one of the brightest Palestinian football stars and in Gaza, and he is married and a father of 5 sons, two sons and 3 daughters.

After Al-Amari, Al-Obaid returned to the beach services and played for one season, then joined the Gaza Sports Club ranks and won the title of top scorer in the Premier League in the southern governorates in the 2015-2016 season, recording 17 goals.
Al-Obaid returned to his parent team beach services, and won the title of top scorer in the Premier League in the 2016-2017 season, after he scored 15 goals.

His beautiful skills and speed on the field made him join the ranks of the national team, where he played with the guerrilla 24 international matches, in which he scored two goals, the most famous of which was the goal against the Yemeni team from the scissors during the West Asian Federation championship in 2010.
During his long sporting career, Al -Obaid scored more than 100 goals, to be one of the brightest Palestinian football stars.
