A federal judge in California temporarily arrested the deportations of immigrants from Honduras, Nepal and Nicaragua, the administration of US President Donald Trump had canceled their legal protection.
“The freedom to live without fear and the opportunity to enjoy freedom and American dream. This is all that the prosecutors seek,” said Judge Tina Thompson in her decision – Thursday -.
Alternatively, the judge added that they are asked to “atone for their race and leave because of their names and purify their blood,” adding that the court does not agree to that.
Last month, the Trump administration canceled the status of temporary protection for more than 51 thousand Honduras and 3 thousand Nicaragua who came to the United States after the destruction of Hurricane Mitch in Central American countries in 1998.
The United States gives the temporary protection of foreigners who cannot return to their country due to armed conflicts, wars, natural disasters, or other exceptional security conditions.
About 7,000 Nepalese enjoys temporary protection after an earthquake that hit the Asian state in 2015.

The Trump administration also canceled the temporary protection of millions of Afghans, Cameroonians, Haitians and Venezuelan, but these steps also face judicial stabbing.
The Ministry of Internal Security justified this with the improvement of conditions in those countries to the point that its citizens can return to them safely.
“The temporary protection has been designed to be only temporary,” said Under Secretary -Secretary Christie Nom.
Thompson commented the decision to cancel the temporary protection situation for immigrants from Honduras, Nepal and Nicaragua until a hearing was held on November 18.
In her decision, the judge considered that ending temporary protection was “based on a predetermined decision to end it, and not based on an objective review of the country’s conditions.”
She also added that the decision may be driven by “racial hostility”, noting that the Trump election campaign for 2024 said that the immigrants “poison the blood of our country.”
Judge Thomson stressed that “the color is neither a name nor a crime.”
Trump pledged to implement the largest deportation campaign in the history of the United States and reduce immigration, especially from Latin American countries.
