Amman.. Condemnation of the assassination of Al-Arouri and an angry stand near the occupation embassy | Policy

Oman- The assassination of Saleh Al-Arouri, deputy head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), sparked angry reactions in Jordan at all popular, party, union and tribal levels, considering it a dangerous escalation and crossing all red lines, dragging the region into a regional war zone.

This evening, the Islamic Movement accepted congratulations on the martyrdom of Al-Arouri at the headquarters of the Islamic Action Front Party – the political arm of the Muslim Brotherhood – in the capital, Amman, with the participation of hundreds of Jordanians.

In their speeches, the speakers stressed that the blood of the martyr Saleh Al-Arouri would be new fuel for the battle of “Al-Aqsa Flood,” and the popular congratulatory meeting turned into a mass march that launched towards the Israeli embassy in the Rabieh area in Amman, denouncing the occupation’s perpetration of a massacre targeting Al-Arouri and others, including two leaders of the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the movement. agitation.

Denunciation and anger

The participants in the march denounced the Arab and Islamic silence regarding the genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, which then led to the assassination of Al-Arouri, raising slogans calling: “Oh Arouri, rest, and we will continue the struggle.”

National, party, union, and tribal figures unanimously rejected the crime of assassinating Commander Saleh Al-Arouri, and the Secretary-General of the Popular Unity Party, Saeed Dhiyab, saw the assassination of Al-Arouri as a loss to the resistance, the Palestinian people, and the entire axis of resistance.

Diab confirmed – in his speech to Tel Aviv Tribune Net – that the loss of Al-Arouri is a loss for all free people in the world who are struggling against the “American and Zionist project,” and said, “This great leader interacts with his cause with all credibility, solidity, and sincerity, and he is one of the people who we can say are From the makers of history, not from its passers-by.”

The Secretary-General of the Unity Party added that when the occupation assassinated Al-Arouri, it wanted to compensate for its losses in Gaza, and its complete failure in achieving its project and ambitions, but the Palestinian people provided thousands of martyrs, “and Al-Arouri’s struggle has not stopped, and will continue until the Zionist project is defeated on our blessed land.”

Required to respond

Regarding the impact of Al-Arouri’s assassination on the course of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle, retired Colonel and military expert Muhammad Al-Muqaba explained that the Israeli mentality is based on implementing a policy of assassinations, and according to military custom, the assassination of Hamas leader Saleh Al-Arouri in Beirut is a targeting of the sovereignty of an Arab country that requires a response from Before the state.

The interview – to Tel Aviv Tribune Net – says that Hezbollah is required to respond to the crime of assassinating Al-Arouri, because this targeting is considered a penetration into the Lebanese interior, especially the southern suburb area, which is the party’s headquarters.

The same spokesman continues that the occupation thus crossed all the red lines set by Hezbollah at the beginning of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle, so the assassination of Al-Arouri came as a cover for the party in escalating before Lebanese society to defend Lebanon’s sovereignty, which was violated, as he put it.

For his part, Murad Al-Adaileh, Secretary-General of the Islamic Action Front Party, confirmed that Al-Arouri achieved what he wished for with martyrdom and that he went on to liberate Palestine as a great Mujahid, pointing out – in his speech to Tel Aviv Tribune Net – that “the crime of Al-Arouri’s assassination is an attempt by this entity and its leaders to move forward.” And manufacturing a false victory.”

Al-Adayleh said that Al-Arouri succeeded in uniting the arenas and bringing the nation together towards the cause of Palestine, and that he was not the first martyr and will not be the last, as he was preceded by great leaders such as the late Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Salah Shehadeh, Yahya Ayyash, and dozens of political and military leaders who all went down one path, which is Liberation of Palestine.

The Secretary-General of the Labor Front Party stressed that Al-Arouri’s blood will be “a curse and a fire on the occupying entity and will explode the West Bank in the face of the occupying enemy.”

Continue the struggle

On the other hand, the expert on Islamic groups, Hassan Abu Haniyeh, believed that the assassination of Al-Arouri is considered a tactical achievement for the occupation, not a strategic one, but it will not affect the cohesion, strength, and vision of the Hamas movement and the resistance, and thus this march will continue, and as Al-Arouri used to say, it is a “martyr’s project.”

Abu Haniyeh added to Tel Aviv Tribune Net: “Sheikh Al-Arouri has great importance in the Hamas movement and the Palestinian struggle, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been searching for more than 3 months for an image of victory with the continued great failure in Gaza, so the decision came to assassinate a major figure like Al-Arouri, but he does not know Hamas has a well-established and solid body that has come to represent the spirit of resistance for the Palestinian people and for the free people of the world.”

The expert stressed that “the liquidation of Hamas’s political and military leaders will not undermine the movement, and I believe that Al-Arouri’s martyrdom will be an incentive for his fans and students to continue the path of the Palestinian struggle.”

In turn, Sheikh Talal Saitan Al-Madhi, one of the sheikhs of the Bedouin tribes of the North and a member of the Jordanian Senate, said that the assassination of Commander Al-Arouri comes within the chapters of the long battle with the “enemy.”

Sheikh Talal Al-Madhi added – to Al-Jazeera Net – that the martyr Al-Arouri carried the banner of liberation and liberation, and everyone who works in this project is a martyr’s project, regardless of his leadership position in the resistance, and whenever a martyr rises in this battle, another resistor carries the banner until the desired goal of liberation is reached. Palestine is completely and undiminished.

Al-Mady said that Al-Arouri “is the son of a pure and clean project, which is the project of truth versus falsehood, and his assassination will not be carried out in support of the resistance, and the Palestinian mother who gave birth to Al-Arouri is the birth of free people and martyrs.”
