US physician Mark Brunner said that the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are subjected to a large -scale group extermination, and that the money that the United States spends on aid does not reach the Palestinians because of Israel’s closure of the crossings, stressing the urgent need to enable the United Nations to introduce aid by land.
