The “Jerusalem Club” was established as a cultural, artistic, social and sports center in 1991, and continued its journey to form a building block in efforts to strengthen the steadfastness of the city’s residents.
Yazan Al-Rishq, a member of the club’s administrative body, told Tel Aviv Tribune Net that many external temptations, which he did not specify, were offered to the club, but its board of directors rejected them and insisted on a distinct self-financing system, noting that the majority of trainees are volunteers.

He added that the club was distinguished by the presence of a team of divers, with 130 divers diving in the Red Sea.
