Scenes obtained by Tel Aviv Tribune showed that the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), bombed the Israeli army headquarters in the Netzarim axis, killing two soldiers. Meanwhile, dozens of martyrs fell in separate operations by the occupation army, some of which were concentrated in Rafah, which the mayor announced. It turned into an area of ​​Israeli military operations.

The scenes, broadcast by Tel Aviv Tribune, showed the Al-Qassam Brigades bombing a gathering of Israeli vehicles in the Netzarim axis, Israeli jeeps and ambulances rushing to the place, and then a helicopter taking off to transport the dead and wounded soldiers.

The Al-Qassam Brigades said that its forces bombed the “Third Eye” site in the area surrounding the Gaza Strip with a missile salvo.

Al-Qassam announced that its fighters set up a precise ambush for an Israeli armored force, detonating a mine with a large explosive power, which was planted on the path of the Israeli force south of the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah, after monitoring operations that continued for several days.

Al-Qassam added that its fighters detonated the mine in the “Merkava” tank the moment it passed by, which led to its complete destruction and the killing of its crew. She pointed out that the operations to transport the remains of the dead soldiers and tank wreckage lasted hours.

The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, also announced the bombing of the headquarters of the occupation army and a gathering of its soldiers and vehicles at the Abu Oreiban site in the Netzarim axis.

The Al-Quds Brigades also targeted an Israeli helicopter with a SAM 18 missile east of Rafah as it returned from evacuating the dead and wounded from the Shaboura ambush yesterday, Thursday.

The Israeli army, for its part, confirmed that an officer and a soldier were killed and 8 others were injured in an ambush by the Al-Qassam Brigades in the southern Gaza Strip yesterday.

He also announced on Friday that a shell fired by an Israeli tank accidentally landed inside one of the settlements adjacent to the Gaza Strip. He said that the shell caused damage to a vehicle while there were no human casualties, and indicated that the incident was being investigated.

The occupation army also stated that 3 missiles were launched from the Gaza Strip towards Be’eri in the Gaza Strip and landed in open areas.

New massacres

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that 11 martyrs and 17 wounded were taken to Baptist Hospital after the occupation bombed a house for the Salah family in the Beach Camp, west of Gaza City.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that 7 Gaza municipality workers were martyred in an Israeli bombing that targeted the municipality’s headquarters on Yarmouk Street, in the center of Gaza City.

The occupation army bombed with artillery the northern areas of the Nuseirat camp, in the central Gaza Strip. Circulating pictures showed the occupation forces bombing a residential building in the vicinity of Al-Bastaat Market, in the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Targeting Rafah

Medical sources reported that 8 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombing of a camp for the displaced in the Al-Mawasi area, west of the city of Rafah.

The correspondent also reported that the body of a martyr was recovered following an Israeli bombing that targeted the vicinity of Martyrs’ Square in the center of Rafah.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that displaced families in the city of Rafah were forced to bury the bodies of their children in their homes due to the intensity of the Israeli bombing. It was also mentioned that the occupation forces burned several homes in areas of the city of Rafah before withdrawing from it, and also blew up buildings in the Saudi neighborhood, west of Rafah.

Earlier today, Israeli tanks advanced towards the areas of the Saudi neighborhood and Tal al-Sultan in the city of Rafah.

Medical sources told Tel Aviv Tribune that 21 Palestinians were killed since dawn on Friday as a result of continued Israeli raids on various areas in the Gaza Strip.

While the Ministry of Health in Gaza indicated that the toll of the Israeli aggression against Gaza, which has continued since the seventh of last October, has risen to 37,347 martyrs and 85,372 wounded.

Rafah is a military operations area

In this context, the mayor of Rafah, Ahmed Al-Sufi, said that the entire city of Rafah has turned into a military operations area, with the expansion of the targeting area and the Israeli ground incursion.

Al-Sufi added – in a statement to Anadolu Agency – that the Israeli army destroyed homes south of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Street and entire residential blocks west of the city.

Al-Sufi warned that Rafah is experiencing a real humanitarian catastrophe with the continuation of the ground military operation, the closure of crossings, and the prevention of the entry of food supplies and relief aid. He warned of the deterioration of the humanitarian and health conditions, especially with the absence of a hospital or health center providing medical services in the city currently.

He pointed out that displaced people are dying in their tents to which they were displaced due to the Israeli bombing and deliberate targeting of various shelter centers, especially in the western regions.
