On the morning of Saturday, the ninth of the month of Dhul-Hijjah of the year 1445 AH, and coinciding with the influx of pilgrims from the Holy House of God to Upper Arafat to perform the greatest pillar of Hajj, Al-Qassam preferred to revive the Sunnah of Takbir on the Day of Arafat and ignited the communication platforms.
