Al-Qassam bombs Tel Aviv with a large missile barrage, and the occupation suffers deaths in Gaza News


The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades announced that it bombed Tel Aviv on Thursday with a large missile salvo. It also announced a series of new operations in the Gaza Strip, and confirmed that they had killed and wounded Israeli soldiers.

The Al-Qassam Brigades said through its account on the Telegram application that the missile attack it fired at Greater Tel Aviv came in response to the massacres committed by the occupation forces in Gaza.

The Israeli army reported intercepting 20 missiles, while Israeli sources said that at least 35 missiles were fired towards Tel Aviv.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that as the sirens sounded, the Israelis in Tel Aviv rushed to shelters, noting that missile fragments fell in Tel Aviv and areas close to it, including Petah Tikva and Herzliya, in addition to Ashdod in the south.

The reporter said that the streets of Tel Aviv were almost empty, and added that a small number of people were walking around, and the shops were temporarily closed.

The correspondent added that the large missile push from Gaza in itself constitutes great pressure on the Israeli government and a driver for the street, which tends to oppose the government of Benjamin Netanyahu.

The Israeli police asked residents to stay near protected areas and not to touch remnants of rockets that may contain explosives.

For its part, Israeli Channel 12 described the missile attack from Gaza as the most violent in weeks.

Operations against the occupation

Meanwhile, the Al-Qassam Brigades and Al-Quds Brigades announced a series of operations against the occupation forces penetrating the Gaza Strip.

The Al-Qassam Brigades announced that its fighters clashed with the occupation soldiers in Al-Mughraqa in the middle of the Gaza Strip with machine guns, leaving them dead and wounded.

It also announced that it targeted an Israeli force holed up in a building in the Al-Mughraqa area with an anti-fortified missile, and sniped a soldier on top of a tank, then targeted it with a Tandom missile.

In the same area, the Al-Qassam Brigades carried out a joint operation with the Al-Quds Brigades, where an explosive device was detonated by an Israeli Merkava tank.

In Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, the Al-Qassam Brigades bombed crowds of the occupation forces east of the city with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that clashes continued in the town of Al-Qarara and the eastern areas of Khan Yunis.

For its part, the Al-Quds Brigades announced that it killed and wounded a group of occupation soldiers at dawn on Thursday during fierce clashes in the Sheikh Radwan axis in Gaza City. It also announced that it bombed a gathering of occupation forces in the vicinity of the Civil Administration in the northern Gaza Strip with mortar shells.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that clashes with heavy machine guns took place on the eastern outskirts of the Shujaiya neighborhood in Gaza City.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced this morning that two officers and a soldier were killed during battles in the southern Gaza Strip last night, bringing the number of soldiers and officers killed since the ground invasion to 143.

The Israeli army also announced that 40 soldiers were wounded in the battles of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, and confirmed that its forces are engaged in fierce fighting, and are facing fierce resistance from Al-Qassam Brigades fighters in the city of Khan Yunis and its surrounding areas.

The occupation army spoke of the discovery of about 70% of the tunnel network in the northern Gaza Strip, and said that residents of towns located 4 kilometers from the border with the Gaza Strip can return to their homes.
