On Monday, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), broadcast scenes of its fighters targeting the Israeli occupation forces with mortar shells in the Netzarim axis in the Gaza Strip.
Al-Qassam explained that the bombing by the occupation forces was with heavy-caliber mortar shells, and in conjunction with the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement.
The scenes showed mortar shells falling on the targeted location.
The occupation army worked to expand the Netzarim axis, separating the north, center and south of the Strip, from two kilometers to four kilometers. He also established several semi-permanent military points there.
The resistance factions, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades, bombed the Netzarim axis (known in Palestine as the Martyrs’ Junction) with mortar shells and short-range “Rajum” and “107” missiles.
The Al-Qassam Brigades in Gaza have been documenting their operations against the occupation army forces and vehicles on various fronts of combat since the start of the Israeli ground operation on October 27, and many details of the operations carried out against the occupation forces appeared in the video clips.
It also carried out successful ambushes against the occupation army, inflicting heavy human losses on it, in addition to destroying and damaging hundreds of military vehicles.
