The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced that it had ambushed two special forces of the Israeli occupation in two ambushes in the northern Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam explained that its fighters were able to eliminate members of the two special forces in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood and the Karama area and withdraw from the place safely.

The Al-Qassam Brigades said on its account on the Telegram application that it targeted the command rooms of the Israeli occupation north of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, with mortar shells and also bombed crowds of occupation soldiers.

The Al-Qassam Brigades confirmed that they “targeted a Zionist Merkava tank in the eastern axis of the city of Khan Yunis with an Al-Yassin 105 shell.”

In a related development, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced that its fighters destroyed 21 occupation soldiers’ vehicles on all fighting fronts in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.

In a related context, the Internal Security Service in Gaza said that “Quadcopter” drones, during the period of the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, dropped spy devices throughout the Gaza Strip.

He added – in a statement today, Saturday – that some of these devices were discovered, which are a camouflaged block of foam with a spy device inside it.

Internal Security called on citizens in the Gaza Strip to conduct a survey of the surroundings and roofs of their homes, and to focus on public and abandoned buildings, calling for the necessity of reporting immediately upon finding any suspicious object without tampering with it.
