The Israeli occupation forces withdrew from the city of Jenin and its camp, 10 days after the start of a large-scale military operation during which they imposed a siege on the camp and the city.

The occupation left behind destruction that Jenin had never seen before, as bulldozers invaded neighborhoods and destroyed main streets, infrastructure, and water and electricity lines.
