Tel Aviv Tribune Media Network firmly condemns the assassination of the Israeli occupation forces of Hossam Shabat, correspondent of Tel Aviv Tribune Mubasher, who was brutally killed today, in an air strike targeting his car in Jabalia.
Hossam joined journalists and correspondents of the network killed during the current war against Gaza, notably Samer Abudaqa, Hamza al-Dahdouh, Ismail al-Ghoul and Ahmed al-Louh.
Tel Aviv Tribune affirms his commitment to pursue all legal measures to continue the perpetrators of these crimes against journalists. And resists unshakable solidarity with all the journalists in Gaza and reaffirms its commitment to carry out justice and to continue killers of more than 200 journalists in Gaza since October 2023.
The network extends its condolences to the Stosam family, and calls on all human and media rights organizations to condemn the systematic murder of journalists from the Israeli occupation, the escape of responsibilities under international humanitarian law and to translate the perpetrators of this odious crime.
