Tel Aviv Tribune’s camera witnessed the massive destruction caused to the streets of the heart of the city of Tyre, southern Lebanon, as a result of the Israeli bombing, which focused on civilian targets, including residential buildings, commercial stores, and health centers.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s office director, Mazen Ibrahim, stood in the middle of the city of Tire, which was targeted by 7 Israeli warplanes, and transmitted via Tel Aviv Tribune’s camera scenes of the destruction that befell the densely populated area.

The Israeli bombing targeted populated areas in the city of Tyre, known as a large economic and urban complex in southern Lebanon, and the occupation claimed that it targeted military headquarters belonging to Hezbollah.

Israeli missiles were also fired near a mosque, and a medical clinic that was not affiliated with any military or partisan institution, as well as commercial stores, were targeted.

About 65,000 citizens live in the city of Tire, and 90% of them left due to the recent Israeli targeting of the area.

The occupation army had asked residents in the Basur area to evacuate their homes “before military action” was intended to be carried out, and Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adraee – via the “And his fighting methods put his life in danger.”

The director of Tel Aviv Tribune’s office says that fortunately, most of the residents evacuated their homes after the Israeli threats, and some of them returned after the bombing to inspect what was left of them.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s camera showed that the areas targeted by the Israeli raids were residential buildings and shops, in popular neighborhoods, and not Hezbollah military installations, as the Israeli occupation army claimed.

It is noteworthy that many residents of the villages and towns surrounding the city of Tire came there in the past to escape Israeli bombing.
