Al-Falahi: The Israeli soldier cannot stick his head out of the window | News

Military and strategic expert, Colonel Hatem Al-Falahi, believes that the axes of Al-Zeitoun neighborhood (southeast of Gaza City) and Tal Al-Hawa (southwest of Gaza City) are witnessing continuous operations by the Palestinian resistance, which has led to the faltering of Israeli military operations in those areas.

This came in Colonel Al-Falahi’s comment on the joint operation between the Al-Quds Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement – and the Al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) – which led to the sniping of an Israeli soldier on the axis of progress in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood.

As the Al-Quds Brigades video showed, the Israeli army is fighting from inside buildings, and none of its soldiers can stick their heads out of the window or show their entire bodies.

In contrast, Colonel Al-Falahi says – in an analysis of the military scene in Gaza – that the resistance factions are fighting from areas very close to the occupation army.

The recent operations of the resistance show, Colonel Al-Falahi adds, that cooperation between the factions has become very great, especially between the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades, which means that there is a unit of work and a joint operations room that coordinates the joint operations.

He believes that sniper operations have a very significant impact, both physically and psychologically, on the occupation forces, and he said that there were very precise operations carried out against Israeli officers at high levels.

Colonel Al-Falahi recalled a previous report by Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, which revealed that the Israeli army had monitored the work of snipers for 70 hours during the past period, and concluded that a sniper in the Qassam Brigades and other factions spends two or three days monitoring a target, and that they have the capabilities to monitor the target accurately. They also concluded that snipers do not carry weapons during their movements, but rather there are specific points where weapons are located.

He pointed out that sniper operations played a very large role in inflicting losses on the occupation army during its war on the Gaza Strip, and said that there were 100 operations carried out by Palestinian resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip.

The military and strategic expert confirmed that the resistance operations are still ongoing in Gaza, and the sniper rifle will remain operational for a very long time, and the occupation army will not be able to remain in those areas no matter how much capabilities it possesses.

The resistance factions are fighting fierce battles with the Israeli occupation forces in different areas of the Gaza Strip, and have managed to kill Israeli soldiers in ambushes and clashes on the fighting fronts in the Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City and in the center and south of the Strip.
