The Director General of the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Dr. Munir Al -Barash, said – in an interview with Al -Jazeera – that the Israeli occupation committed a bloody massacre against Palestinian citizens who were gathering in the area designated for the distribution of aid west of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, killing more than 30 martyrs, clinical deaths and more than 197 injured.

Al -Barash confirmed that the “Kawad Kabter” planes called on the Gazan citizens to go to take aid, but they shot them, and revealed that there are martyrs and injured the ambulances that the ambulances could not reach.

He stated that the hospitals cannot receive the large number of wounded people who fell in the Israeli massacre, after the loss of the European Hospital in the south.

In response to a question to the island about the conditions of the people in Gaza, Al -Barsh said, “We are missing, euthanasia.”

Displacement plan

For its part, the Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that more than 200 injured people arrived at the Nasser Medical Complex, 30 of them in a critical condition, and 5 cases of clinical death, explaining that the injuries urgently need blood units, and that “the health situation is catastrophic, especially after the hospitals of northern Gaza left service.”

She stated that injuries to the sections of operations, intensive care and emergency are urgently needed for blood units in light of a severe lack of donation, pointing to the presence of a severe shortage of surgery, operations and intensive care that reached its worst cases.

On the other hand, Al -Barash criticized – in an interview with Al -Jazeera – the plan to distribute the American -backed Israeli aid, and considered it a “organized displacement plan” and not a human rescue, noting that the occupation is killing a mass killing of citizens and civilians.

In the same context, Al -Jazeera correspondent, Hisham Zaqout, described the area where the aid distribution center is located in the seriousness, where it is located in the heart of the areas of the Israeli army, and said that there is no communication between the American company and citizens to inform them of the time of distribution of aid, indicating that there are many obstacles to the process of distributing aid.

It is noteworthy that the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) announced that the Israeli occupation committed a brutal massacre by targeting thousands of citizens who went to aid distribution centers west of Rafah, and said that he uses centers under its control as fisheries to lure the innocent hunger and exercise the most heinous forms of killing and humiliation, and Hamas held the occupation and with him the American administration responsible for the massacres in the locations of implementing the occupying mechanism to distribute aid.

It is noteworthy that Israel has started since last May 27 to implement a plan for distributing humanitarian aid through what is known as the “Gaza Human Relief Foundation”, an Israeli and American -backed authority, but is rejected by the United Nations.

A catastrophic status of hospitals

Al -Barash spoke about a major crisis in the health sector in Gaza, as more than 60% of the medical supplies are missing, and medical assistance that did not arrive, although the World Health Organization announced that there are 3 thousand trucks present in Al -Arish loaded with medicines and supplies and are not allowed to enter.

Also, the warehouses of the Relief and Works Agency for the Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) in Jordan are full and not allowed to enter.

Al -Barash described the status of hospitals in the sector as very difficult, and stressed that 49% of the working hospitals whose medical equipment are devastating and severely damaged, 75% of hospitals that work partially do not have sufficient water, 88% of them are not available on an electricity source, 20% of operating hospitals cannot provide basic services, and 31% of them are unable to provide emergency care and surgery, in addition to the acute shortage of basic drugs And in medical supplies.
