In some of the turns of life, and the fluctuation of the conditions of people in them between poverty and richness, some scholars and without them are needed for the owners of publishing houses, so they took them as a measure with them, they throw them with easy livelihoods every month in exchange for the rights to steal their books, not the rights of their printing, and some of the people of that role increased when the owners of books are university professors, that they carry them to carry their books on their appearance to their students in a scene that is not free.

Then these professors carried their students to buy these books with valuable prices, after they decorated them in their eyes during their lectures, and they gave them from their benefits that they absolve the bumpful dignity, and undoubtedly decorate the slag of souls, and make the dull student from his teacher not far.

However, in the past, the role of publishing with honorable goals carried the banner of science and knowledge, and made fun of a lot of money in spreading culture, and contributed to the support and assistance of scholars, and to take their hands, not with their necks or legs as today.

In spite of the darkening of all the above, there are single talents that are still in the Levant, Iraq, Egypt, the Maghreb and other countries, but the inheritors of the investigation science today may be the rising generation in the Arabian Gulf, where stability and competence, the existence of the explicit machine, and the apparent ability, today they are those who acquire the anecdotes of books, and they make money to collect the supplications, at a time when others have become different, in various parts and for different reasons, and for different reasons, They do science to collect money.

Although there have been great efforts since the printing of the Arabic letter to take care of the Arab heritage was known as an indexing, definition, investigation and publishing, the path is still long, and the seriousness of love, in all aspects of caring for this great rich heritage, and not the least of these aspects, but perhaps it is one of the most dangerous, the definition of young people and the ghost of researchers with this heritage, and the transfer of experiences to a new generation of those who are eager to see the heritage of their nation, who wish to carry out And the advancement of it, and the contribution to its maintenance and dissemination, and in his vision in the hands of his students, the easy to take, close to eating, the beholder is pleased and valid by the mind.

Caring for heritage, its arts and sciences cannot bear the desired fruits by bringing the manuscripts from country to country, or by changing their places and housing, even if they are brought from the far reaches of the land, except by publishing them, achieving a sacrifice solution, and that they come out of their valves in the stomachs of books and their hideouts in the shelves of libraries, and from the specialized elites circles, to the spaciousness of the community, and the vitality of circulation and interaction, Especially among young researchers and intellectuals, and to the audiovisual tools, and the networks and participation networks, which have become in every hand, and have its own rhythm and tools.

Therefore, I call the rest of the scholars today to set controls for the origins of this science and its branches, in which the official institutions in the Arab countries should adopt the level of (efficiency in the investigation), so there is no book in the investigation until after obtaining a certificate of competence, perhaps he delivers to us the remaining heritage of our nation, or receiving the achieved texts that the publishing role is under the pretext of running out of the ancient editions, and serving them from the scholars of the nation.
