Abu Ubaida, spokesman for the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), praised the missile strike launched by Iran on Israel on Tuesday evening.
The Phalange spokesman said, “We congratulate the Iranian response, which affected the entire geography of occupied Palestine and dealt a strong blow to the criminal occupation, which thought that its orgy in the region and its aggression against its people could go unpunished.”
Abu Ubaida stated, “This is an exceptional day in the history of the conflict, in which the fires of the nation’s resistance crossed in the skies of Palestine, and in which (Tel Aviv) was subjected to strikes by the Mujahideen from Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine, and Iran.”
Al-Qassam spokesman called on “all the free people of the nation to make their share in the liberation of Palestine.”
Powerful message
In the same context, Hamas welcomed the Iranian bombing and said, “The honorable Iranian response is a strong message to the enemy and its fascist government, on the path to deterring them and curbing their terrorism.”
Hamas said that it notes its pride “in the brothers in Iran, and our appreciation for their standing in the face of rampant Zionist arrogance, and their bias towards the values of justice and the oppression of our Palestinian people, the Lebanese people, and the nation’s higher interests.”
Iran had bombed Israel with about 180 ballistic missiles in retaliation for the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh (Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas), Hassan Nasrallah (Secretary General of Hezbollah), and Commander in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Abbas Nilfaroushan.
Jihad is blessed
The Islamic Jihad movement also blessed “the missile strikes carried out by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard against the criminal entity, throughout occupied Palestine.”
She described this bombing as “some of what this criminal entity that is arrogant, oppressive, and oppressive on earth deserves,” and that it is “the only way to deter it after the entire world remained silent about its crimes.”
The Jihad movement called on “the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation to trust in their abilities, and to move in support of the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples and to rise up in the face of American tyranny.”
