Abu Ubaida announces the toll of the last days: 48 Israeli soldiers killed and 35 vehicles destroyed News


Abu Ubaida, spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced that during the past four days, the brigades’ fighters were able to completely or partially destroy 35 Israeli military vehicles, and confirmed the killing of 48 soldiers and the wounding of dozens with varying injuries in all areas of the fighting in the Gaza Strip.

This came in a post on Telegram on Sunday evening, where Abu Ubaida also announced the implementation of 24 military missions in which the invading Israeli forces were targeted with missiles, anti-fortified devices, and individuals, clashing with them from zero distance, and targeting their rescue teams.

Al-Qassam spokesman also announced the booby-trapping of two tunnels in the Israeli “Yahloum” unit and the detonation of a minefield in the occupation vehicles and soldiers, in addition to 6 sniper operations targeting the soldiers.

The Al-Qassam Brigades also bombed the headquarters and field command rooms of the occupation forces and military crowds with mortar shells and short-range missiles on all fighting fronts in Gaza. Abu Ubaida also indicated that Al-Qassam bombed Tel Aviv with a missile salvo.

Heaviest losses

On the other hand, since yesterday evening, Saturday, the Israeli occupation army has acknowledged the killing of 15 soldiers and officers, allowing their names to be published, in what was described in Israel as the cruelest weekend since the start of the war, as 44 soldiers and officers were also injured, including 10 in serious condition.

This brings the total number of Israeli army deaths since Operation Al-Aqsa Flood and the war on Gaza to 487 soldiers and officers, including 160 killed since the start of the ground operation.

Israeli military spokesman Daniel Hagari said this evening, “Hamas cannot be destroyed without deaths among our ranks.”

He added that the army continues to deepen its operations in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, describing these operations as complex and complicated.

Hagari stated that they discovered what he called a network of tunnels in Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip, and recovered the bodies of 5 Israeli detainees, including 3 soldiers, according to him.

For its part, the Al-Qassam Brigades posted on Telegram a picture of its own design showing two of its snipers with a warning to the occupation forces, saying, “We are on the lookout for you, and your heads are not far from us.”

Battles in northern Gaza

Earlier today, Tel Aviv Tribune broadcast scenes recorded by the Al-Qassam Brigades of its fighters’ confrontations with the occupation forces from close distances in the areas of the northern Gaza Strip, specifically Beit Hanoun and Tal Al-Zaatar.

Before that, Al-Qassam announced that it had targeted an Israeli special force of 10 soldiers who had barricaded themselves in a building in the Juhr al-Dik area in the central Gaza Strip, causing them to be killed or wounded. It also reported that its fighters were able to snipe 3 soldiers, one of whom was a major, in the Al-Qasaib neighborhood in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

For the 79th day, the Israeli army is waging its devastating war on Gaza, which left 20,424 martyrs and 54,36 wounded, according to data issued Sunday by the Ministry of Health in the Strip.
