A soldier was killed in Gaza and the occupation detects missiles from the Strip towards the settlements news

Today, Friday, the Israeli army acknowledged the killing of a soldier in the southern Gaza Strip, and confirmed the end of its operation in the Bureij camp and the launch of a missile from the northern Strip towards the settlements surrounding the Gaza Strip, while battles continue in the northern Gaza Strip, coinciding with heavy raids and targeting of displaced people.

The occupation acknowledged the killing of a soldier during battles in the southern Gaza Strip, without adding further details.

Thus, the death toll of the occupation army since the 7th of October 2023 rises to 735, of whom 352 have been killed since the start of the ground invasion on the 27th of the same month, according to what is permitted to be published by the Israeli army.

The number of wounded in the occupation army since the beginning of the war reached 4,720, including 2,331 injured since the beginning of the ground invasion.

A missile from the north

Meanwhile, the Israeli army said that it intercepted a missile fired from the northern Gaza Strip towards the surrounding settlements, despite its continued incursion into the area.

Sirens sounded in the settlements of Sderot and Niram, bordering the northern Gaza Strip, according to the Israeli Army Home Front.

The occupation did not specify the location from which the missile was launched from the northern Gaza Strip.

Continuous clashes

In Gaza, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced the destruction of an Israeli troop carrier and its crew being killed and wounded in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, which is witnessing an Israeli military operation for the sixth day in a row.

Likewise, the Al-Quds Brigades confirmed that they were engaged in fierce clashes from zero distance with an Israeli foot force in the Al-Tawam area, northwest of Gaza.

Bombing of displaced people

As the Israeli attempted incursion into the north of the Gaza Strip continued, Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent confirmed the injury of displaced people after an Israeli march opened fire on a shelter center in the Jabalia camp in the north.

For its part, the Civil Defense reported that dozens of Palestinians were injured as a result of the Israeli army firing bullets – via Quadcopter drones – at the Al-Fouqa School, which houses displaced people in the Jabalia camp.

He confirmed the death of a Palestinian woman and the injury of 4 as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted the “Hafsa” school, which houses displaced people in the besieged Jabalia camp.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that the bodies of 4 martyrs were recovered from the Bir al-Na’ja area, west of the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Red Crescent also confirmed to Tel Aviv Tribune that ambulances in northern Gaza had run out of fuel, and thus their services would completely stop, in light of the continuing brutal raids.

Medical sources told Tel Aviv Tribune that 34 people were killed in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip since dawn, 15 of them in the Jabalia camp, north of the Strip.

As part of its operations, the Israeli occupation army warned the Palestinians to evacuate their homes in Jabalia and the towns of Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahia and to head south, while the Ministry of Interior and National Security in Gaza warned citizens not to respond to that, considering that warning to be a deception and a lie.

Bombing the center of the sector

In the Zaytoun neighborhood in the central Gaza Strip, an Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent said that two people were martyred in an Israeli raid that targeted a gathering of citizens in the vicinity of the Daloul station in the neighborhood.

He added that 3 Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli raid that targeted a house in the vicinity of the Islamic Complex Mosque in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

He added that one person was martyred and others were injured in an Israeli raid that targeted a residential apartment in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The completion of the bridging process

The occupation also announced the end of its military operation in the Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip, about a week after its launch.

Last Saturday, the Israeli army warned Palestinians in large areas of the Bureij and Nuseirat camps (central Gaza Strip) to forcibly evacuate their homes in preparation for a military operation.

On the other hand, Chief of Staff Herzi Halevy stated that the Israeli army has 7 military divisions, 3 of which are in the Gaza Strip and 4 in southern Lebanon, after declaring Gaza a secondary front in the war.

The occupation continues its aggression against Gaza, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end it immediately, and the orders of the International Court of Justice to take measures to prevent acts of genocide, which resulted in the martyrdom of 42,126 Palestinians and the injury of 98,117 others.
