A new death toll, bombing and clashes in Rafah and northern Gaza News

Today, the Israeli occupation army continued to bomb several areas of the Gaza Strip, especially in the north and in the city of Rafah, where resistance factions fought fierce clashes, including explosions.

This comes as bloodshed continues for the eighth month in a row in the Gaza Strip, as the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the occupation committed 5 new massacres, killing 95 martyrs and 350 injured within 24 hours, raising the toll of martyrs to 36,379 and the injured to 82,407 since last October 7.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that a number of citizens were martyred and a number of others were injured on “Eighteen” Street, located in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City, in the northern Gaza Strip, where occupation marches and snipers intensified, monitoring and deploying in the area.

The reporter also said that the occupation forces continue to bomb the neighborhoods of Al-Zaytoun, Al-Sabra, Tal Al-Hawa and Sheikh Ajlin, south of Gaza City, which were almost emptied of their residents.

He revealed that the occupation forces are working to destroy and blow up residential squares in these neighborhoods adjacent to the Netzarim area separating the north and south of the Strip.

In Rafah, an Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent confirmed the death and injury of a number of Palestinians in an Israeli bombing that targeted the home of the Al-Muhtaseb family in the Sultan neighborhood, west of the city.

Resistance operations

The resistance factions also reported that they were engaged in intermittent fierce clashes, including explosions, in the vicinity of Tal Zoroub, west of the city.

Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, said that it blew up an Israeli vehicle with a high-explosive barrel bomb in the Al-Taqaddum axis in the vicinity of the Umm Raed area, east of Rafah.

It added that it bombed with a barrage of mortar shells the occupation soldiers and vehicles penetrating south of the Yabna camp in Rafah.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), also showed pictures showing its fighters targeting an Israeli force with an anti-fortified TB Hay missile, and sniping at Israeli soldiers, in the Taqaddam axis in the middle of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Bombing and sniping

On the other hand, Abu Hamza, the military spokesman for the Al-Quds Brigades, said that during the past few weeks, the resistance fighters from the Al-Quds Brigades carried out many sniping operations that targeted the heads of occupation soldiers and snipers.

He also confirmed that 11 Israeli drones were shot down during the same period, and that the occupation forces were targeted on an almost daily basis in Rafah, Jabalia, and the Netzarim axis.

He added that the settlements of Beersheba, Sderot and Ashkelon were also bombed, stressing that the Al-Quds Brigades are waging an “existential war” in Gaza and the West Bank, against “a criminal entity waging a comprehensive genocide against a defenseless people.”

Arfa said, “We give the enemy good news that we are still doing well, and the war of attrition will only be a loss and remorse for it. The enemy is beginning to feel drowned in Gaza and will leave the Gaza Strip humiliated.”

It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation army continues for the eighth month in a row its devastating war on the Gaza Strip, causing the death and injury of tens of thousands of Palestinians, most of them women and children, and an unprecedented famine and humanitarian and health crisis.
