Ukrainian intelligence claimed its implementation of a qualitative operation targeting Russian strategic aviation, as well as its responsibility for the bombing of a military train inside Russia -controlled lands in Zabarujia Province.
Ukraine has also announced that the capital, Kiev, its surroundings, and several provinces, east and west of the country, to the largest wave of Russian marches in one night since the war began.
This mutual escalation comes on the eve of the upcoming negotiations in Türkiye, where the delegation of Russia went to Istanbul, while Ukrainian President Folodimir Zellinski announced that his country would send a delegation to Istanbul to hold a new round of direct talks with Moscow.
