A young Palestinian man was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Arraba, north of the occupied West Bank, while violent armed clashes broke out at dawn on Tuesday between Palestinian resistance fighters and the occupation forces, during their storming of the town of Al-Yamoun, west of the city of Jenin.
The 17-year-old boy was martyred after being hit by live bullets during the occupation army forces’ storming of the town of Arraba, southwest of the city of Jenin, in the northern West Bank. Confrontations took place between young men and the invading forces, who fired live bullets at the young men, and the boy was hit with a gunshot to the chest.
The Palestinian ambulance said that the occupation forces obstructed its work by seizing his car, which was on its way to transport the injured person after he opened fire on it, which led to the boy being left bleeding until he became a martyr.
Violent armed clashes broke out at dawn on Tuesday between Palestinian resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces as they stormed the town of Yamoun, west of the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank.
Israeli forces besieged neighborhoods in the town, raided several homes in search of those they described as wanted, and sent additional military reinforcements towards the town.

Injuries and arrests
The occupation forces continue their raids on the cities and towns of the West Bank. Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that the Israeli forces stormed the town of Al-Samu’, south of Hebron, and deployed their patrols in the town, erecting barriers, and raiding a number of homes. The occupation also stormed the city of Nablus, in the northern West Bank, deployed snipers on the roofs of a number of buildings, stormed the town of Anata, northeast of Jerusalem, and arrested two young Palestinians.
Settlers burn cars near Ramallah
Also in developments in the situation in the West Bank, Palestinian accounts on social media circulated video clips showing settlers setting fire to a car showroom in the village of Beitin, northeast of Ramallah, in the central West Bank.
The incident comes within the framework of frequent attacks by settlers on Palestinian property in the West Bank.

Military reinforcements
In light of Israeli fears of the situation erupting in the occupied West Bank, the Israeli “Wala” website revealed that the occupation army decided to reduce the size of its forces in Gaza, and transfer some of them to the West Bank to replace regular army forces there.
The website said that Army Chief of Staff Herzi Halevy decided that the combat forces would leave the Gaza Strip and be transferred to “operational duties in the West Bank,” to replace the forces of regular soldiers stationed there.
The website did not specify details about the forces that were transferred from Gaza to the West Bank, nor the reasons for this decision, but Israeli media reports indicated that this move aims to give rest periods to the forces who work for long periods in the West Bank, against the backdrop of the ongoing security tensions.
In recent weeks, the Israeli army announced the transfer of forces from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank.
