Qatar has more than 100 nationalities. The country’s food scene is constantly evolving, catering to a melting pot of cultures. The Qatar 365 team discovered that whatever tickles your taste buds is available here. Aadel Haleem began his culinary journey at the Qatar International Food Festival. This annual event highlights the importance of food for Qatari citizens and residents, who have the opportunity to sample dishes from more than 100 stalls offering cuisines from around the world.

Chef Najat Kaanache, originally from Morocco, was one of the guests of honor at the event and introduced Aadel to her avant-garde cooking style.

As Aadel toured Al Bidda Park, his food tour literally took him to another level. This is precisely what “Dinner in the Sky” offers. The gastronomic experience takes place 50 meters above the ground. While floating in the air, diners enjoy a unique view of Doha.

The “Growing Kopi, Drinking Kahwa” exhibition is a celebration of coffee organized by the National Museum of Qatar. It testifies to the richness of cultural exchanges. Laila Humairah discovered that coffee is a universal language that celebrates diversity and cultural unity. The exhibition traces the journey of this beloved drink, from its Ethiopian roots centuries ago to its adoption and adaptation in countries like Indonesia and Qatar.
