A combined Qassam operation in Rafah, and the occupation threatens to evacuate areas in the Shujaiya neighborhood news

The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced that it was carrying out complex operations in different areas of the Gaza Strip, while today, Saturday, 38 Palestinians were martyred in Israeli raids on the Strip, amid Israeli orders to evacuate the residents of the Shujaiya neighborhood in the north.

In the details of the resistance operations, Al-Qassam fighters targeted an Israeli engineering infantry force consisting of 5 soldiers with an anti-personnel shell in the city of Rafah, wounding them directly, in addition to targeting a troop carrier with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell.

Al-Qassam documented the landing of Israeli helicopters to evacuate wounded soldiers in the vicinity of Burj Awad in Rafah.

In the north, Al-Qassam targeted a “Nimr” troop carrier with a “Shawaz” device on Martyr Ahmed Yassin Street in the Al-Saftawi area in the northern Gaza Strip. Al-Qassam broadcasted scenes of its targeting of a house in which Israeli forces had barricaded themselves in Al-Saftawi, west of Jabalia.

The Al-Qassam Brigades also announced the bombing of the Israeli “Ra’im” military base with short-range “Rajum” missiles. The Israeli air defenses also intercepted two missiles fired from Khan Yunis towards the “Kissufim” and “Third Eye” settlements, according to what was reported by Israeli Army Radio.

Israeli Army Radio said that the area from which the two missiles were launched had not been where the Israeli army had been active on the ground since last August.

Israeli attacks

Israeli warplanes continued their intensive raids on the northern and central Gaza Strip, resulting in dozens of casualties among the people of the Strip.

Medical sources confirmed the death of 38 Palestinians in raids that targeted displacement camps in Khan Yunis, Nuseirat, and the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that Israeli warplanes launched a raid on Al-Farouq Mosque in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

The reporter said that the air strike caused severe damage to nearby homes and led to the injury of a number of civilians who were taken to Al Awda Hospital for treatment.

A young Palestinian man was also martyred after a drone bombed his house in the town of Beit Lahia in the north, while the Al-Manshiya neighborhood witnessed an Israeli bombing that led to the death of two Palestinians, according to Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent.

The Israeli army issued a warning to residents of the Shujaiya neighborhood east of Gaza City, asking them to evacuate the areas of “Blocks 731-732-733-634” as they are “dangerous combat zones.”

Army spokesman Avichay Adraee claimed that (Palestinian) organizations are firing rockets from Gaza at Israel from those areas that were identified on the map.

He confirmed Adraee said that these areas had been warned “several times in the past,” before the Israeli army launched violent attacks or ground incursions.

With American support, Israel has been waging a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, which has so far resulted in more than 148,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded – most of them children and women – and more than 10,000 missing persons, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly.
