The Israeli occupation continued its attacks on West Bank cities, storming Ramallah from its northern axis and arresting several Palestinians. Confrontations also took place near Hebron. Three Palestinians were martyred as a result of an attempt to carry out a ramming attack at an occupation checkpoint northwest of occupied Jerusalem.

The occupation forces raided neighborhoods in the city on Sunday evening and conducted patrols on Al-Irsal Street, storming several buildings and arresting three Palestinian citizens, including a doctor.

Israeli media reported that the arrest of the three people was due to suspicion of carrying out a double shooting attack on Sunday morning at Wadi Uyun al-Haramiyya, north of the city of Ramallah, which resulted in the death of a Palestinian and the serious wounding of a Palestinian doctor, both residents of Ramallah and Jerusalem. Both of them carried Israeli ID cards and drove vehicles with Israeli license plates.

On the other hand, two Palestinians were injured during clashes that broke out in the city of Yatta, south of Hebron, after the Israeli occupation forces stormed the city during the night.

The occupation forces fired live bullets at young men who threw Molotov cocktails at the military tower adjacent to the Arroub camp, north of Hebron, while confrontations broke out at the entrance to the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, amidst the occupation forces firing live bullets and tear gas bombs.

Attempt to run over

Israeli Army Radio said that army forces killed three Palestinians, including a woman and a child, when they opened fire on them while confronting an attempt to carry out a ramming attack at the Beit Iksa military checkpoint, northwest of the occupied city of Jerusalem.

Israeli Army Radio reported that two police soldiers, a male and a female, were slightly injured as a result of an attempt to carry out the ramming operation, and that members of the force opened fire on the vehicle and killed those inside it.

Large Israeli army forces, reinforced by Israeli police teams, also stormed the Shuafat refugee camp, east of occupied Jerusalem. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli military vehicles stormed the camp and that occupation soldiers began raiding some of its neighborhoods, where confrontations broke out with a number of camp youth.

The previous day witnessed the martyrdom of 8 Palestinians in the West Bank as a result of Israeli attacks that targeted Jenin, Ramallah, and other cities.

For its part, the Israeli police confirmed that one of its members was killed during the operation in the city of Jenin as a result of the detonation of an explosive device in a military vehicle.
