Sudanese universities have witnessed great damage in many of their headquarters in the various states of the country due to the war, especially in the capital, Khartoum.
The Ministry of Higher Education in Sudan has estimated the initial losses to higher education institutions at about 4 billion dollars. Despite these challenges, some universities began a gradual return to work from their headquarters. More details in the Haitham Itweet report.
