Palestinian citizens in Jenin camp in the West Bank denounced the Palestinian security services burning their homes and tampering with their contents during the security campaign they have been carrying out in the camp for weeks. They said they support the resistance because it defends them.

Tel Aviv Tribune obtained exclusive photos showing houses and cars completely burned, and bullet marks appeared on the facades of the houses.

One of the residents said that the security forces of the authority ordered him to evacuate his house and burned it, expressing his dissatisfaction with this behavior, which he said he expected from the occupation and not from a Palestinian authority.

Another young man also said that the Authority forces burned the homes of Palestinians in the camp and shot them, stressing that the camp residents support the Jenin Brigade because it defends them and their honor, as he put it.

Killing resistors

The young man accused the authority forces of killing resistance fighters and targeting the families of martyrs who fell in previous confrontations with the occupation. While another Palestinian accused the forces of robbing his store. He said, “Whoever wants to protect the country should not rob citizens’ stores.”

The Palestinian Authority insists on extending its control over the Jenin camp, while the Jenin Brigade refuses to hand over the resistance weapons.

Two days ago, the Al-Qassam Brigades and Al-Aqsa Brigades in Jenin issued a joint video statement in which they said that the Palestinian Authority crossed red lines and killed innocent people intentionally and systematically.

The statement added that the authority “deprived everything from the camp, including water, electricity, and education,” and that “our patience is beginning to run out, so do not force us to reach the point of no return, the consequences of which are dire.”

The campaign launched by the Authority forces resulted in the death of 14 Palestinians, including three children, a journalist, and six members of the security services.
