Today, Thursday, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, broadcast scenes of its fighters blowing up Israeli occupation army vehicles and clashing with its soldiers in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.
The scenes included detonating a military jeep (vehicle) with an explosive device in the town of Qabatiya, directly wounding it, causing it to catch fire.
The footage also showed the bombing of 3 Israeli jeeps in the “Martyrs’ Triangle” axis, south of Jenin, and a clash with gunfire with occupation soldiers.
At dawn on Thursday, the Israeli army stormed the town of Qabatiya as part of a series of raids that affected cities and towns in the West Bank, most notably the city of Tulkarm and its two camps.
The Qabatiya Battalion, affiliated with the Al-Quds Brigades, said in a statement that its fighters “are waging fierce battles with the enemy forces storming the town, and are raining showers of bullets on it.”
The Al-Quds Brigades in the West Bank broadcast from time to time scenes documenting their operations against the occupation army and its vehicles in the cities and camps of the West Bank, the most recent of which – 3 days ago – were scenes of detonating military vehicles and bulldozers with explosive devices in Tubas, Nablus, and Jenin.
In late August, Israel launched a military operation in the areas of the northern West Bank, specifically in the cities of Jenin, Tulkarm, and Tubas and their camps, which was described as the largest since Operation Defensive Shield in 2002.
Israel called its military operation in the northern West Bank “summer camps,” while the Jerusalem Brigades called it “the horror of the camps.”
