42 Palestinians were martyred today, Wednesday, in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip, while the occupation continues to empty Jabalia, north of the Strip, target the displaced, and besiege hospitals.
Medical sources reported to Tel Aviv Tribune that 42 Palestinians were killed in bombing on the Gaza Strip since dawn today, including 37 who were martyred in the northern Gaza Strip.
Three Palestinians were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted Al-Zahraa School, east of Gaza City, which shelters thousands of displaced people inside its classrooms and in its courtyards within tents of cloth and nylon.
A Palestinian was also martyred and others were injured in a bombing on a gathering of citizens in the vicinity of Al-Hashimiya School in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
In the city of Rafah, two Palestinians were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a gathering of citizens in the Khirbet Al-Adas area, north of the city.
Palestinian medics reported that 6 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli air strike that targeted a house in Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.
Destruction of Jabalia
On the other hand, Gaza Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Basal said that the policy of the Israeli occupation forces in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip is to empty residential blocks one by one.
Basal added that hundreds of civilians in Jabalia are under severe danger, as the occupation deliberately destroyed a large residential block, and is now focusing on shelter centers in Beit Lahia, adjacent to the Jabalia camp.
On October 5, the Israeli army began unprecedented bombing operations on the camp, the town of Jabalia, and large areas in the northern Gaza Strip, before announcing the start of its invasion the next day.
As for hospitals, the Civil Defense spokesman said that the Indonesian Hospital is closed, and that the Kamal Adwan and Al-Awda hospitals are besieged, and anyone who tries to enter or leave them is targeted.
He added that the occupation destroyed the squares surrounding Kamal Adwan Hospital and closed all the streets leading to it.
The director of the municipal police of the northern Gaza Strip governorate, Mazen Al-Kahlot, was martyred after being shot by a Quadcopter aircraft near Al-Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital in the Jabalia camp.
For its part, the government media office in Gaza said that the occupation army killed more than 770 martyrs and injured more than a thousand wounded in the Jabalia camp, Al-Balad and their surroundings within 19 days.
The office added in a statement that the occupation forced thousands of civilians, under threat of death, to forcibly move from their homes and neighborhoods in the northern Gaza Strip governorate.
The occupation also blew up and destroyed thousands of residential units and hundreds of houses, towers and various institutions through the use of huge quantities of explosives dropped by warplanes, and by planting explosives between homes and civilian neighborhoods and then detonating them, causing massive and unprecedented destruction.
Hospitals crying out for help
In turn, Hossam Abu Safia, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, said that the types of medicines and medical supplies have completely run out in hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip, which has been witnessing genocide committed by the Israeli army for 19 days.
Abu Safiya added that medical teams cannot provide blood units for the wounded, and every hour a wounded person turns into a martyr due to the lack of medical supplies and tools.
He continued that the world must take action, as there is a real massacre and an Israeli war of extermination that affects everyone in the north of the Gaza Strip.
With American support, Israel has been waging a genocidal war on Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 143,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.
Tel Aviv continues this war, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end it immediately and the orders of the International Court of Justice to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
