Dozens of Palestinians were martyred in Israeli raids on various areas of the Gaza Strip, while the European Union condemned the starvation and displacement of the population of the northern Gaza Strip.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent said that the Israeli occupation forces blew up residential buildings in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that 3 Palestinians – including a girl – were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombing that targeted a tent housing displaced people west of Khan Yunis.

On Tuesday, the Israeli army expanded the geographical area targeted by the bombing and burning of residential buildings in the northern Gaza Strip governorate.

Anadolu Agency quoted eyewitnesses that Israeli forces carried out bombing and burning operations against homes and civilian facilities last night at the last point in the northern Gaza Strip governorate, near Al-Jalaa Street and the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood within the scope of the Gaza governorate.

Witnesses stated that most of the areas affected by the bombing and burning operations are very close to the inhabited homes of citizens, who have refused Israeli evacuation orders since the beginning of the military operation 18 days ago.

Shocking reports

Medical sources reported to Tel Aviv Tribune that 45 Palestinians were killed in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip since dawn today, 37 of them in the northern Gaza Strip.

European Union foreign policy official Josep Borrell commented that the reports on northern Gaza are horrific, and the suffering from starvation and forced displacement cannot be justified. He also condemned the bombing of the facilities of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).

Borrell expressed his support for the request for an immediate ceasefire to allow the provision of humanitarian aid and secure safe passage for the displaced in the Strip.

For its part, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said today that the Israeli army “is carrying out the most horrific forced displacement operation on live television and in full view of the entire world.”

The movement called for immediate international action to stop the “crime of ethnic cleansing and massacres” carried out by Israel in the northern Gaza Strip.

In turn, Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Mustafa said that what has been happening in the northern Gaza Strip for more than two weeks is a continuation of the Israeli crime of genocide in its ugliest forms and chapters.

On October 6, the Israeli army began an unprecedented bombardment in the northern Gaza Strip, before it invaded the region under the pretext of preventing the Hamas movement from regaining its power, while the Palestinians say that Israel wants to occupy the region and displace them.

Qassam operations

On the other hand, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, said that it targeted an Israeli military bulldozer with a ground bomb on Al-Saftawi Street, north of Gaza City.

Al-Qassam also announced that its fighters detonated an anti-personnel “television” device the day before yesterday, Sunday, at 3 p.m., in an Israeli foot command group – including officers – and killed and wounded its members in the Al-Falujah area, west of the Jabalia camp, in the northern Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam added that the Israeli enemy admitted, following the operation, that the commander of the 401st Brigade was killed and that others were seriously wounded, including a battalion commander.

Al-Qassam also announced that its fighters targeted 3 D-9 military bulldozers with “Al-Yassin 105” and “Tandum” shells and a Shawaz device in the Al-Falujah area, west of the Jabalia camp.

In this context, a field commander in the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, told Tel Aviv Tribune that for 3 days they have been waging exceptional clashes west of the Jabalia camp specifically, confirming that they are achieving confirmed casualties among Israeli forces and vehicles.

On the other hand, US Defense Department (Pentagon) spokesman General Patrick Ryder denied the participation of American soldiers on the ground in the ongoing Israeli operations in Gaza and Lebanon.

In an exclusive interview with Tel Aviv Tribune, Ryder said that the American forces deployed in the region aim to defend the Americans, their interests, and their allies in the face of attacks by Iran and its allies, as he put it.
