Tel Aviv Tribune correspondent Anas Al-Sharif posted a video on his account on social media platforms of occupation aircraft targeting Al-Rimal Clinic on Al-Wahda Street, west of Gaza City, which houses thousands of displaced people. Hamza Kahil – a resident of northern Gaza – wrote, “It may be the last message or the last publication, and we may or may not meet, but we will remain in the north in Gaza City until the last person. Please pray for us to be steadfast.”
One of the Gazans wrote, saying, “I am Tasnim from the steadfast north of Gaza. O brothers, we have been trapped for 5 days inside Jabalia camp, hunger, siege, bombing, and destruction. No one talks about us. We die and no one knows. We are very tired trying to deliver our message to you. “I swear to God, we will die, world.”
As for Islam, who is also a resident of Gaza, he wrote his testimony, saying, “Until now we have almost not slept. The sounds of explosions and the blowing up of buildings in Jabalia, Al-Tawwam, and Al-Saftawi literally shake the earth, not figuratively. These areas are being wiped off the face of the earth.”
Tweeters pointed out that the northern Gaza Strip is subjected to a dangerous and intense Israeli aggression, non-stop massacres, targeting of hospitals, tents, and homes, and an absolute siege, and all of this is happening before the eyes of the world. This is happening in the full view of two billion Muslims. Massacres have been continuing for an entire year amid blatant disappointment.
Activists considered what was happening in #Jabalia_Camp to be a decisive moment in the battle, as the occupation imposed its siege on #North_Gaza 5 days ago and took the decision to displace more than 200,000 Palestinians under fire. The steadfast people made the decision to stay and move from one alley to another in the streets of the camp, because they were certain that their exit would mean the death of all of them, and their survival despite the great sacrifice would mean undermining the occupation’s plan.
One of the bloggers shouted, surprised by the Arab and Islamic silence, saying, “Is there no one who salutes the virtuousness of Al-Mu’tasim?!”
