Roads are cut and several communities are without electricity and Internet services.

Disappearances have been reported, volunteers and the army are mobilizing for the search.

Kiseljak was particularly hard hit, with homes and businesses flooded. Strong winds also disrupted traffic on the Adriatic coast.
