Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Tel Aviv had dealt Hezbollah blows in recent days that it “could not have imagined,” threatening more “if it does not understand the message.”

This came in a video broadcast on his official account on the X platform, in his first comment after Hezbollah targeted the city of Haifa for the first time since the beginning of the confrontations between the two sides on October 8.

“In recent days, we have dealt Hezbollah a series of blows that it could not have imagined,” Netanyahu said. “If Hezbollah does not understand the message, I promise you that it will.”

He addressed the displaced residents of northern Israel, noting that he was determined to “return our residents in the north to their homes safely,” noting that “no country can tolerate shooting at its residents, or shooting at its cities.”

Earlier, Hezbollah bombed the Rafael company, which specializes in electronic means and equipment, and the Ramat David base and airport. The bombing extended to large areas in northern Israel, destroying several homes.

Hezbollah targeted Haifa for the first time since the beginning of the confrontations last October.
