A Palestinian young man and a child were injured by live bullets during clashes that erupted between Palestinians and the occupation forces that stormed the city of Adh Dhahiriya, south of Hebron.

The occupation forces raided a football stadium and detained a number of young men there, releasing them later, while clashes erupted in the city center during which the occupation forces fired live bullets, sound bombs, and toxic tear gas.

In Jenin, clashes erupted between Palestinian resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces in the Cinema Roundabout area in the center of Jenin.

The resistance fighters targeted an Israeli military vehicle with bullets and explosive devices after it got stuck in the excavations carried out by the occupation bulldozers, while the occupation forces sent military reinforcements and opened fire randomly.

Clashes in Tulkarm

Medical sources reported that a Palestinian was killed and another was injured by the occupation forces’ bullets in Tulkarm camp at dawn today. Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent also reported that two resistance fighters were killed in clashes with the occupation forces.

For its part, the Tulkarm Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, said that it is engaged in fierce clashes at zero distance with the occupation forces in the city of Tulkarm and its camp.

Earlier, the Tulkarm Battalion confirmed that an explosive device had been detonated in a gathering of military vehicles in the camp, causing confirmed injuries.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that it had ambushed a Zionist infantry force in the city camp, and had confirmed casualties among the force’s members.

The occupation army sent military reinforcements to the city of Tulkarm and its camp amidst ongoing clashes and explosions, days after concentrating its operation in the city of Jenin and its camp.

The newspaper Israel Hayom reported that the Israeli security establishment decided to consider the West Bank a battlefield following the recent operations.

Dozens of martyrs and 130 wounded

Yesterday, Tuesday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said that 30 people were killed and 130 others were injured by the fire of the occupation army since the start of its large-scale incursion into the northern West Bank last Wednesday.

The ministry said that a 16-year-old girl was killed today by the occupation forces in the town of Kafr Dan, west of Jenin, while journalists Ayman al-Nubani and Muhammad Mansour were injured by the occupation forces in the town of Kafr Dan. The occupation forces demolished a house in the town after a siege that lasted for hours, during which gunfire and rockets were fired.

Storming Birzeit University

In Ramallah, Israeli occupation forces stormed the campus of Birzeit University yesterday, wreaked havoc on student movement property, and seized many properties and publications related to student activities.

The occupation soldiers also posted intimidating leaflets on the students, calling on them not to participate in student activities, and threatening to destroy their future.

Commenting on this, the Birzeit University administration condemned the occupation forces’ storming of its campus, stressing that this constitutes a major violation of all international norms and conventions that criminalize the violation of the sanctity of universities and educational institutions.

For its part, the Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs and the Prisoners’ Club reported that Israeli forces arrested at least 22 Palestinians in the West Bank during the last two days, including former detainees.

In parallel with its war on Gaza, the Israeli army expanded its operations and settlers escalated their attacks in the West Bank, resulting in a total of 685 Palestinians killed and about 5,700 injured, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

While the US-backed Israeli war on Gaza resulted in more than 135,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children.
