La Mannschaft easily won their opening match of Euro 2024 against Scotland 5-1with goals from Florian Wirtz (10′), Jamal Musiala (19′), Kai Havertz (45’+1′ (P)), Niclas Füllkrug (68′) and Emre Can (90’+3′) for the Germany, and an own goal from Antonio Rüdiger which allowed Scotland to unlock their counter in the 87th minute.
The Scots played the second half 10 against 11after the exclusion of Ryan Porteous in the 43rd minute.
