The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that it lured an Israeli engineering force and detonated an explosive device, leaving it dead and wounded east of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

The Al-Qassam Brigades also said that they bombed a control and surveillance site east of the city of Jabalia with mortar shells. It added that its fighters, alongside the Al-Quds Brigades, clashed with a special Israeli force in the Jabalia camp, killing and wounding its members. The brigades also targeted four military bulldozers and a tank with Al-Yassin shells east of the camp. It confirmed that another tank was blown up east of Jabalia with a stun device from scratch.

On the other hand, the Israeli army said that its forces were continuing their operations in Jabalia, north of Gaza, and that they had eliminated more than 150 militants.

The army statement added that it destroyed several missile launchers, and that dozens of them were found, some of which were long-range. The army indicated that the forces of the 162nd Division continued their fighting east of Rafah, and attacked military targets belonging to Hamas, with support from the Air Force.

The director of the Kuwait Specialized Hospital in Rafah, Dr. Suhaib Al-Hams, said that the Israeli bombing that targeted a house in front of the hospital gate led to the injury of five medical staff, in addition to cutting off water and the Internet from the hospital. Dr. Al-Hams called on international and human rights institutions to provide protection for the Kuwait Specialized Hospital in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the Israeli occupation committed 4 massacres in the last 24 hours, leaving 39 martyrs and 64 wounded.

Thus, the number of war victims since the seventh of last October rose to 35,272 martyrs and 79,205 wounded.
