He said that Israeli military action in the Gaza Strip is taking place in 3 main areas and with 3 teams. In the northern region, there is the 98th Division, the 99th Division in the Netzarim axis, and the 162nd Division in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. Divisions of 3 to 5 were located in the north.
According to Colonel Al-Falahi – who was providing Tel Aviv Tribune with a military reading of field developments in Gaza – the Israeli forces will not be able to control the northern areas of the 98th Division, because the sectors are few and not sufficient for control and deployment, in addition to the fact that these forces were exhausted in previous battles and their morale is very low. There are suicides and resignations of leaders in the army.
He recalled what he said previously, that the sectors that were prepared to carry out the attack on Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, were transferred to the northern areas, stressing that part of the Nahal Brigade was used in these areas.
The military and strategic expert points out that the resistance factions are repositioning and deploying in the northern regions of the Gaza Strip, which means that the war launched by Israel did not achieve the goals it set for the war, two months after the end of its battles in the northern regions, and 4 months in Khan Yunis, south of sector.
He said that the resistance factions used many tactics in their battles with the Israeli occupation, and attacked sites outside the Gaza envelope area, reaching Ashkelon, Kerem Shalom, and others. It also used drones that had not been used for a long time, in addition to sniping, the use of mortars, and the destruction of tanks. Colonel Al-Falahi said in the same context that the Israeli army does not recognize the real number of deaths among its soldiers.
The Israeli army had previously announced that 50 soldiers had been injured during the past 24 hours in the Gaza Strip.
