At first, Lisa thought someone was joking until she saw the SWAT team jump over the fence.
“I can’t believe this actually happened. Who in their right mind would do something like that? It is supposed to be a day of celebration for everyone in the city and its surrounding areas. and then there’s some idiot who wants to come and do something like this,” she said.
Chiefs coach Rick Burkholder said he was with coach Andy Reid and other coaches and staff, and the team was on buses and heading back to Arrowhead Stadium.
