Sources in the sector’s hospitals said that 80 Palestinians were killed since dawn today by the fire of the Israeli occupation forces, including 56 awaiting aid in the Natsarim area in the central Gaza Strip and Rafah in the south.
The injured rescue teams and the bodies of the martyrs were transferred to Al -Awda Hospital in Al -Nusairat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Thousands of militants from the Palestinian residents of the Gaza Strip went today to the aid distribution center in Al -Shakoush area, north of the city of Rafah.
However, the occupation forces shot hundreds of them, killing and wounding dozens of varying injuries, including serious injuries that were transferred to Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis and other field hospitals in the Al -Mawsi area in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip.
For its part, the Ministry of Health in Gaza said in its daily statistical report, today, Tuesday, that the sector hospitals received within 24 hours “79 martyrs (including 5 recovery) and 289 injuries” due to the continued Israeli attacks.
She explained that “a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and the ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”

Tragic
The Ministry of Health stated that “the outcome of the martyrs of (Montazeri) aid since May 27, increased to 516 martyrs and more 3 thousand and 799 injured”, after the death of 49 Palestinians and the injury of 197 within 24 hours, due to the deliberate Israeli targeting of the Palestinians while they were waiting for aid.
The ministry stated that “the death toll and injuries since March 18, 2025 amounted to 5 thousand and 759 martyrs and 19 thousand and 807 injuries.”
She also indicated that the outcome of the Israeli aggression has increased since the seventh of October 2023 to “56 thousand and 77 martyrs and 131 thousand and 848 injured.”
The humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is exacerbated by the continuous Israeli war and the siege imposed on the Strip.
IDPs complain of the tragedy of repeated displacement under the weight of bombing, the difficulty of mobility, lack of food and water, and the difficulties of receiving treatment in these harsh conditions.
Away from the supervision of the United Nations and international relief organizations, Tel Aviv has begun last May 27, to implement a plan to distribute limited aid through what is known as the “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation”, which is supported by Israeli and American and rejected by the United Nations.
Since that date, Israel has committed an American support for a collective genocide in Gaza, which includes killing, starvation, destruction and hybrid, ignoring international calls and orders to the International Court of Justice to stop it.
