4 Palestinians were injured in the West Bank with renewed incursions by the occupation army and settlers News

4 Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation army bullets in the village of Qasra, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, while the occupation forces and settlers renewed their incursions into the villages and towns of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, amid clashes and arrests.

The Israeli occupation forces stormed – at dawn on Wednesday – the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, and arrested a young Palestinian man after raiding his house in the town. They also stormed the city of Tulkarm and arrested another young man after storming his house in the southern neighborhood of the city.

The occupation army also stormed the city of Nablus, conducted patrols on University Street in the city, and raided a building near Nablus Specialized Hospital.

Tel Aviv Tribune’s correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Sinjil, north of the city of Ramallah in the West Bank, and conducted their patrols in the streets of the town, assaulting Palestinians and closing shops.

He added that a state of tension prevails in the town in light of the repeated incursions by the occupation forces and settlers under the pretext that Israeli vehicles were being thrown with stones as they passed through the main street adjacent to the town.

Other intrusions

At dawn on Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces stormed the towns of Hizma and Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces arrested a young man from the town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah.

Earlier last night, the occupation forces stormed the Al-Irsal neighborhood in the city of Al-Bireh, and the town of Husan in Bethlehem, and arrested two young men.

Cutting off aid

Also in the West Bank, settlers intercepted an aid convoy west of the city of Hebron that was on its way to Gaza, for the second time in less than 24 hours.

The day before yesterday, Monday, settlers set fire to large quantities of humanitarian aid that was on its way through the West Bank to the Gaza Strip.

The attack occurred in the town of Beit Awa, west of the city of Dura, south of Hebron.

The settlers intercepted the trucks loaded with goods at noon on Monday, unloaded their cargo and destroyed part of the goods. They returned in the evening and set fire to what was left of them.

Settlers also obstructed the passage of an aid shipment to Gaza through the Tarqumiya crossing, west of the city of Hebron.

The objectors destroyed the contents of the shipment, and confirmed their refusal to allow any aid to be transferred to the residents of Gaza in light of the continued detention of Israeli prisoners in the Strip.

It is noteworthy that the occupation, in parallel with its war on Gaza since the seventh of last October, has escalated its operations in the West Bank, leaving 498 martyrs and about 5,000 wounded, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

The number of detainees in the occupied West Bank has risen to 8,710 Palestinians since October 7, according to new figures issued by the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners’ Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club.
